How do I use a promotional code?
You may enter your code during checkout at the time when you enter the shipping address. Only one promotional code may be used at a time. Promocodes must be applied to your order at time of checkout in order to qualify for a promotion. Promotional discounts cannot be applied once the order has been submitted.
What is a restock?
Due to the demand of some of our items, releases will be announced where customers will be available to purchase a limited amount of stock or until sold out items.
Restock of items will be advertised in advance on our social media so be sure to follow us @_lovetildy_ instagram to keep up to date.
Oh no you have sold out of something I want!
Never fear! Unless we have advertised that it will be discontinued, we will always restock! Most of our items are continually replenished but some items sell out, especially during releases and sales, so it is best to keep up with us on social media to avoid disappointment on missing out!
Can I place a special order?
While almost all of our items have a customisable option, if you do not see what you are looking for or have any special requests please don’t hesitate to contact me on email@example.com to discuss! I do love a challenge.
Please note, however, that special ordered or painted items must be pre-paid and cannot be returned. Promotional discounts may not be applied to special orders unless pre approved.
Do you wholesale your merchandise to retailers?
We often get inquiries about whether we sell our products wholesale. We are sorry. We do not at this time offer wholesale. Perhaps in the future, when they work out how to make a 28 hour day.
Oh no! Did Love Tildy make a mistake?
We do our very best to avoid errors, but sometimes mistakes do happen, or packages may be damaged during shipment. If you receive an incorrect order, a package that is not yours, or is damaged, please contact us.
Whats going on with my Babushka Dolls?
Due to the nature of the wood, temperature and the way the dolls are machined it effects the wood. Some dolls may seem hard to open, if you pop them to one side to open.
Some dolls may seem to loose. The aim of the dolls is for décor purposes and that they are a stackable wood product. If the dolls have been machined and not fitting together, we will sand them back until they are stackable.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase from LoveTildy! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you wish to return it, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the return and refund.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and items will be refunded upon return less promotional discounts and shipping charges.
Items will not be returned or refunded for change of mind or incorrect selections by the customer, so please choose your colour and selection preferences wisely before checking out
All of our products have an age recommendation and disclaimers in the description of the goods. We at LoveTildy bring you décor ranges and recommend adult supervision with all of our items regardless of age as they may contain small parts.
Age 3 and up is recommend for our musical instruments.

All orders are posted via Australia Post and from Brisbane Australia. Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders please allow two weeks for delivery. If you are located in a regional area please allow up to 3 weeks. Shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner. We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control.
We do not at this time offer express shipping. If your order is for a specific occasion and needs to be received by a certain date, I suggest contacting myself at email@example.com BEFORE you place your order.
How fast will my order ship?
Our turn around times varies from product to product, and you can find lead times in the descriptions of the products you are purchasing.
General lead time is 3 weeks from order to postage from Brisbane Australia, but we do strive to have orders shipped before the 3 week mark.
Pre order and release products will detail the expected shipping date from order on the product description. This could be anywhere up to 6 weeks until postage from Brisbane.
International shipping via Economy Air (no tracking or insurance) has been listed for the New Zealand, UK, US, Canada, Denmark, Germany & France. If you are from a country not listed above or you wish to upgrade your postage to 'Track & Send' please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a postage quote.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal and AfterPay. International customers are requested to use PayPal to check out. There is no need to have a PayPal account to check out with this method. A credit card may be used.
What is AfterPay?
AfterPay is like layby for online purchases - you pay for your purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks. If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the item you’ve purchased. The only fees Afterpay charges are late fees for missed payments.
